What is the difference between Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3?

Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) are two different forms of Vitamin D. Both help support calcium metabolism, bone health, muscle function, and immune health, but they differ mainly in their source

Does this blend contain Vitamin K?

No, because this blend contains magnesium, it helps support vitamin D metabolism and reduces the likelihood of calcium imbalance. On that basis, if a person’s diet already provides adequate vitamin K from foods such as leafy greens and fermented foods, additional vitamin K is not necessarily required.
